How many times have you been sitting on your computer with pains in his neck, back, shoulders, hips and even your feet?

I've been there and that's why I've come up with a quick and simple routine to solve this common problem.

If you are a fanatic golfer like me? you think golf 24 / 7. Even at work! There is nothing wrong with that while you are getting your work done.

But why not make use of that valuable time for golf by rapid stretch at your desk without leaving your chair?

You will be amazed how good you feel and how much better your golf game gets. The KEY is to stretch whenever you get 15 seconds faster. Just think how much stretching you could get in for a day.

I strongly believe in being efficient with your time and making the most of your day. I'm gonna give (many) one that stretches you can do in his chair in front of your computer.

I call it the seated twist (as chair):

¿? Sit upright in your office chair, chest up and back right.

¿? Reach behind you with one arm, which will rotate your upper body.

¿? While staying erect, twist as you can go and hang on.

¿? Turn the other way and repeat.

¿? Van both sides 2-3 times, holding for 10 seconds.

This is a stretch very effective in reducing and / or eliminate back pain behind and quickly improve your backswing and follow through range of motion, resulting in more clubhead speed and distance significantly higher.
